I just put a whole bunch of food and books for sale in the marketplace. You may want to scoop these up to feed your kith and make it grow and advance faster. I would suggest using the filter under market place for lowest buy price and use the shards range of 0-400 and make sure to make the gem range 0-0 I have nothing over 300 shards for sale I believe but lots of options in the marketplace for some great deals and even some pesky quests they ask for natural science a lot.
