Hello and welcome!
I feel like it would be smart to write out a 'welcome and here are some good starter tips' post and then copy/save it somewhere instead of typing out something new every time, but...
I dunno, if I do that it'll be a huge wall of text (I can't type without rambling, apparently) as I keep remembering other things, and who wants that?

So.... for now...

advice! Go grab some "Mer Stuffy" toys from Lycus' lab before they disappear.
Also, kith are awesome and when they grow they learn new things but don't forget old forms, so there's no reason not to help them grow.
Also, NPCs change as you do quests for them and get higher reputation levels, but each day there's a 1-quest-worth penalty on the reputation levels, so doing the dailies is super helpful to counteract that. And it's the ONLY way to get a reputation penalty with them, so never worry about declining quests.
