It definitely is a cute name, that's for sure!
I don't think dyes are usable, but I believe there's a thread in the forums where you can trade dye for coloured items? Though I might be mistaken.
Edit: I was completely wrong! I haven't a clue where I got that from, sorry.
They are used for some quests though, so I'd suggest holding onto them. :D
Edit 2: I just remembered someone mentioning a sewing creation thing that might be added, so maybe they'll be used for that too? :O

I agree, super cute name! Welcome, I'm also new but because the site is so new I think I know pretty much all there is to know so far. :) Now we get to hitch on for the ride!

Or I might be totally wrong about that, I just found out about TW from a FR thread, and the one who posted it mentioned a Winter. ;u;

We're not really sure about all the details on Tailoring yet (someone correct me if my info is outdated)! But, I assume you'll be able to craft a clothing item in whatever color dyes you have.
(And Winter did make a thread on FR about TW!)
