I can pop in real quick to answer some of these!
For stats- left stats (power, guard, and speed) are primarily raised by games, quests, and crafting (cooking and tailoring). So these will raise pretty naturally through gameplay.
Right stats are raised through items- health with food, energy with toys, and reason with books. Cooked food will usually give more points than the ones you just buy. But this will just take time to accrue!
For turning your kith white- you will need a mixed tattertint for this. This is a premium item, but there is an exchange in the Bank that takes 5 of the basic tattertints (red, blue, yellow, orange, and green) to get the mixed- these basic tattertints rarely drop in a quest from Iris at higher levels.
It may take a bit to work towards, but one thing I will recommend is putting the tattertints on your wishlist. You never know if an older player might have extra to gift out!
Edit: can't quite type fast enough on mobile XD but I'll leave this up just in case

Thanks for all the tips guys! My kith grew to the second stage and my avatar is looking better than ever.
I just have some questions about reputation :)
I’ve been doing the daily quests, and I try my best to do the hourly/unique quests as well.
I was wondering if declining a quest (sometimes the items they request are hard for me to get)
Would affect negatively my reputation with them?
And also, how long does it take for my reputation with them to grow? I’ve done many quests with almost everyone and I still only have 1 heart with everyone x)
Does it take really long to unlock the secrets to be able to proceed to the new area?

Declining quests has no negative consequences whatsoever, other than you needing to wait til the next hour for a new quest. Feel free to decline as many as you want to! Declining is helpful when you're raising reputation, too, since you can skip quests that would take days to complete and get easier ones to do.
As for raising reputation - each quest gives you +1 reputation, and the maximum reputation amount is 100! Each new stage unlocks after 25 points of reputation - so it's:
0-24: Neutral
25-49: Friendly
50-74: Helpful
75-100: Devoted
You unlock the secret questlines at Devoted, so 75 reputation! (And if you can get up to I believe 98 and higher, you get gold hearts on the page and unlock a second shelf to buy things from - the same items, but now you have twice the chance to find a thing you need in stock!)
If you want to check the exact numbers you're on, you can check the "My Reputation" page (under "Account") and click the Details button by each NPC. It'll give you an exact number of reputation so you know where you're at!
It can take a little while to start raising reputation at first, but as you collect more items it gets easier to complete hourly quests, and if you're raising reputation evenly you can get a lot of secrets all in one go!

Ooooh awesome! I’m almost at 2 hearts with two of the npcs :D
Thanks again for all your answers, it really help :)
I will start declining quests as some gave been there for too long and I cannot find the items/recipes needed to complete them hahaha!
Also, another question, my ferrec is apparently bashful now? Any way to change this, I don’t like to see him stuttering all the time :-/

Glad to help! As a note, some of the recipes might be hidden because of your cooking level - each recipe has a level, and you need to be at that cooking level or higher for it to stock in shops. (You can see what level it is by searching with the Item Search or Wishlist pages!)
And for personality, your Kith's personality will change depending on which items you use and which quests you complete. There's a site guide over here that has a compilation of all the discovered personalities for quests and items.
The spreadsheet isn't conclusive, but it can be a lot of help for raising the type of Kith that you'd like, by using specific items or doing specific quests. (Or alternatively, by knowing which items and quests to avoid!)

it looks like the bashful personality isn't locked in yet, here's a link to Dread's google docs where she keeps track of what items give points for specific personalities. you can also use wildberry's daily activity to train a personality. good luck!
edit: oops! didnt see himochi's answer. he has super good advice!

Oh, right, that other reply reminds me to mention - after you earn a certain amount of points in a personality, it'll "lock" the personality, so it can't be changed any more.
Like dicedicedice said, that hasn't happened for Wildberry yet - you can see if it's happened if there's a small heart icon by their personality on their Kith page. (You can see it on my Kith Jack, for example!)
If that happens, you can still change the personality, but only through using a Change of Heart. Those cost gems, though, so using items and quests is the primary way of changing personality.
(I also forgot to mention the Kith Activity, which dice also mentioned! It only adds one point per day, but it can be helpful if you need a little more in one direction.)

Thanks guys! I’ve been using his daily activity to pursue Cheerful today, but that was before he became Bashful lol!
I will keep doing so, and I will check the page to make sure he doesn’t get locked in Bashful x)
As for the quests, I’ve noticed one of the main quests (from the unique) tab requires me to make some stockings which required silk. I’m pretty sure the seller won’t show them to me because my level is too low because I haven’t seen any for two days straight lol! I probably will need to craft more items to level my skills until I can see them in the store x)
