[@Shiona] There isn't an official regular Christmas event on site or anything like that. Unless there are secrets I don't know about, haha. But I doubt it'll happen since Christmas is tied to a specific religion.
The main yearly events are Palentines (Valentines), Halloweave (Halloween), and then Prism Party (August, for site admin Diana's birthday).
Then there's a mini event every October 20th for the site anniversary, where the uniforms swap out for the year and often the shop cooldowns are removed temporarily.
(And also often a mini event on January 18th for stopboorider's Boorthday, which usually means us getting a couple new items. Also my birthday, so that's fun)
But yeah, next events up are Boorthday in January (if that's still happening) and then Palentines in February.

*wanders in again* please forgive my double posting. I just really wanted to get comfortable on the sofa again and see if anyone is here to talk to.
Do you all celebrate Christmas? I'll celebrate with my parents. Today, we will spend like 8
6 hours baking and decorating :)

I don't super celebrate Christmas. I was sorta raised Christian but in a very relaxed way - my Nan was religious but my family not so much, so we took part in Christian stuff but very lowkey.
Most Christmas stuff I can't really take part in (not in contact with many people IRL and I can't eat the majority of Christmas Dinner foods) but I do like to buy a few more snacks as a treat, at least.

[@Himochi] Why can't you eat the food? is it allergies?
I was not raised in any religion. I only visited the church meeting at the 24st once, when I was... I don't know, 12, with a religious neighbor. It was very cool, I liked the singing.
So yeah we have a Christmas tree, and lots and lots of Christmas decorations, we exchange presents and have a great meal on the 25th. But we don't celebrate it in a religious way. More on a commercial way ^^ What does a Christian celebration entail?
Also we liked baking so much, that we will bake again tomorrow :D

[@Shiona] Partly food intolerances, partially personal taste, mostly texture sensitivity issues! A lot of vegetables and meats have textures that I struggle to eat at best, and physically can't keep down at worst. It makes eating big meals with other people difficult, but I'm used to adjusting meals for it by now.
I'm not entirely sure on the specific religious celebrations involved - it varies a lot depending on denomination and how strictly people are about following it. The Christian side of my family generally would just go to the morning Christmas service at their church and spend the rest of the day celebrating with family.

[@Himochi] I am sorry I didn't answer, the time between Christmas and new year was not so great for me and eventually I just forgot
I am sorry to hear this :( That makes me realize that I am lucky to never have struggled with this. If you want to talk more about this, has it always been this way or is it an result of some type of disorder or illness?
Also, wow you are looking sexy today. I really dig the black devil look. I mean I know smocking is bad, but damn if it isn't hot. And then the jewelry, buckles and cane. *swoon*
[@Budge] How are you Budge? :)

[@Shiona] No worries on slow replies, I've been taking things online slow lately too so it worked out!
I've had issues with food as long as I can remember - but then, I also have memory issues too, so I'm not sure how long this has been an issue. I've made my own meals since I was a kid so I've always kinda dealt with it decently enough. I do have to take multivitamins and such to make sure I don't get too low in anything specific though.
(And, thank you!! This is one of my Demon!Mochi avatars - my Tattered World sona is possessed by a demon and they take turns piloting the body. Demonchi has his own aesthetic and it's fun to make avatars in his style!)

[@Himochi] I understand. I would like to be more active and talk to more people, but I usually don't know how to start that
Oh okay... this sounds a little worrisome :/ But you are taking care of yourself? Or do you have someone to take care of you, hopefully? What is your go-to, -I-am-too-tired-to-cook meal?
(you are welcome :) ah alright, cool, Demon possession is a good plotline)
