I've gone with individually-colored roses and I'm happy to tweak colors if you want to see something else. Top row has hats with no ribbon. I could add in a matching ribbon band if you want the hint of ribbon look, but leaving the roses the main color element. Am willing to try a solid (non white or black) color here if you'd like to see what it looks like. Bottom row has a rainbow ribbon at a low opacity for a sort of hint/echo of color.
